Cheryl Swirnow is the co-founder and COO of Sherpaa.
Prior to co-founding Sherpaa, Swirnow worked with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Quintessentially, Nike, The Barbarian Group and Rent the Runway.
Cheryl Swirnow graduated from Cornell University's Hotel School with a concentration in HR.
So we actually hired great people that we really loved and we paid them a lot more than people would pay probably in a startup. And we did that on purpose.
