<p>Rachel Doyle is the President and Founder of GlamourGals Foundation, Inc. GlamourGals is a nonprofit organization that connects young volunteers to the elderly in unique and rewarding way. Through GlamourGals, teenage girls provide complimentary facials and makeovers to women in nursing homes, assisted living, and senior centers across the country. </p> <p>In recognition of her work in founding GlamourGals, Doyle was featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show and CBS's The Early Show. In addition, Doyle's work has been profiled in numerous publications, including the New York Times, Glamour, and CosmoGirl . She was named one of the first "CosmoGirls of the Year." In 2010, Nicole Cramer joined McCann Worldgroup as global chief of staff-charged with organizing a sandstorm of key initiatives and strategic imperatives into a highly organized, action-oriented sand castle. In the fall of 2011, she switched focus to serve as McCann's global chief creativity catalyst, responsible for developing the network's creative excellence initiatives as well as launching and subsequently managing the global Creative Leadership Collective. After several years in roles in the entertainment and finance industries, Nicole was recruited back to her roots in marketing and into a global training and development role at DDB Worldwide Communications. She then moved to J. Walter Thompson (JWT) in roles including chief of staff for North America and later as director of the worldwide creative council - spearheading global creative projects as well as the agency's global creative assessment and development programs. Nicole Cramer holds a B.S. in Communication from Cornell University and is a graduate of Mannes College of Music and the United Nations International School. Natalie Grillon is the Co-founder and COO at JUST. JUST promotes transparency in fashion supply chains by connecting designers and consumers to ethical suppliers. Natalie has worked with the Peace Corps in Northern Mali as a Natural Resource Management Specialist. She also worked in environmental and sustainability planning for a Massachusetts town government and in sustainability strategy and marketing at SC Johnson. Natalie Grillon holds a B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University, and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.
Rachel Trimarco is the Founder & CEO and Bridal Flower Divas. Trimarco planned and designed every detail of her own 300 person, lavish Hampton wedding. After receiving several astronomical quotes from florists, Rachel knew that she could find a way to avoid paying premium prices for the elegant floral décor she envisioned. She found an incredibly talented floral designer with over 25 years of experience to execute her floral scheme and used her business skills to negotiate with distributors. She ended up with couture floral arrangements for a fraction of the quotes she received from florists. After seeing her work and learning how little she paid, numerous friends and acquaintances requested her help in planning their own weddings. This gave her the inspiration for a discounted, designer bridal flower boutique. Trimarco's career has included financial sales, event planning and television production. After gaining experience in the corporate world, Trimarco decided to pursue her true passion, interior and event design. She combined her business acumen, planning and production experience, and flair for design to start Bridal Flower Divas. Rachel Tirmarco received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
