Jon Beyer is co-founder and CIO of TerraCycle.
Prior to the founding of TerraCycle, Jon worked with Professor Bill Arbaugh and Professor Jeffrey Hollingsworth of the University of Maryland and as a software engineer for Raytheon-Solipsys. He also has years of experience working as a freelance software engineer, with projects ranging from custom CRM solutions to tools for analyzing census data.
Jon Bayer graduated from Princeton University in 2005 where he majored in Computer Science with a focus in computer graphics.
Seth Flowerman is founder and president of Career Explorations, LLC (CE). CE offers a residential summer internship program with sessions in Boston and New York City for high school students from around the world. Participants live at The Juilliard School in the heart of New York City or Emerson College located on the Boston Commons. During the day, participants intern for top organizations in a field of personal interest; and attend group activities such as concerts, sporting events, and an array of other activities in the evenings.
Flowerman has been actively involved with entrepreneurship since he won a national business plan competition run by Saint Michael's College as a 16 year-old. Since then, he was named International Student Entrepreneur of the year in 2004 by JA Worldwide for his work with Career Explorations.
Seth Flowerman is currently an Applied Economics and Business major at Cornell University. He is scheduled to graduate in 2008.
Alexander Zahn is co-founder and president of SLOPE Radio. Founded in 2006, SLOPE Radio, Cornell's first all-student produced radio station was established to provide the Cornell Community and listeners across the globe, with "the hottest college internet radio station on Earth".
SLOPE Radio broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and creates podcasts to allow listeners to listen to their favorite shows on-demand. SLOPE Radio is available at any time, to anyone on Cornell campus (and around the World) with an Internet connection.

Meghan Cross is a Managing Director at Red Bear Angels. She has nearly a decade of operating experience launching and growing media & software companies in New York and Silicon Valley. As an early Director at StyleCaster Inc., Meghan led the digital media conglomerate’s marketing team through the business’ exit to She Knows Media. Prior, Meghan was in Public Relations, helping to build such brands as Skype and Foursquare into household names. She draws venture experience from working with Bowery Capital, Foundation Capital, Metamorphic Ventures, and StarVest Partners, where she analyzed potential investments and provided portfolio value-add. She is the founder of Cross Venture Services LLC, a launch advisor to such commerce platforms as Sailo (TechStars ’15), Shareswell, and Thursday Boot Co. Meghan Cross received her B.S. in Fiber & Textile Science from Cornell University and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where she co-led of the school’s entrepreneurship program and was Steve Blank’s teaching assistant for The Lean Launchpad.
Nora Poggi is the Director and Producer of \"She Started It\". She is a French journalist with a background in film production who has been interviewing key players in Silicon Valley for the past four years. After graduating from French top schools Sciences Po Paris and La Sorbonne, she moved to San Francisco to work for French social network Viadeo.com. She then went back to her first love, films, with the production company Lucky Dragon Productions, where she trained in all areas of film production and promotion. At the same time, she started freelance reporting for Examiner.com on major Silicon Valley events, producing video interviews with tech industry players. She now also writes about entrepreneurship & tech for French newspaper Usine Nouvelle.

Adam Hirsch is an advisor to Mashable and current SVP, Emerging Media and Technology of Edelman Digital. From 2008 to Jan. 2012, he was Mashable’s chief operating officer where was critical in developing Mashable from a small blog into a media company.
