Biography

Roger Sibley is the Executive Director of the Franziska Racker Centers. Franziska Racker Centers is a not-for-profit which creates programs to provide opportunities for people with special needs through every stage of life.

I knew exactly what I wanted to be when I grew up at various times and this isn't it. So I went to college to be an English major, switched to being a history major, starting working on a PhD in Latin American history at the University of Florida, got distracted which happened a lot in the late 196...(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
