Markristo Farm was founded in 1992 by Christa and Marty Stosiek. It is located in the small rural town of Hillsdale. The farm practices strictly organic farming and is certified by NOFA-NY.
[Marty] We're also part of Berkshire Grown which is an organization that's trying to promote organic, not organic, but local food products to the Berkshire area, so it's trying to get food buyers and food producers together and that's been a big help for us -
