Some of the barriers of entry in K-12 are the mindset. But I look at these things as just, part of it is generational. So in the next five to ten years, you have more than 50% of the workforce in K-12 about to retire which is staggering and brings up a whole host of other issues we don't have time...(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
