Chris and Bernadette Wilson are the owners of Wilson Beef Farms. Wilson Beef Farms is a 350 acre beef and crop farm in Upstate New York that produces naturally finished and dry-aged beef as well as our hormone free pork.
The reason I bring that up is because I was wondering how important do you think in your marketing and advertising it is for a growing consumer interest in those qualities of the food their eating.
