The way I manage it is I do things in spurts. At Google, we normally have a pretty reasonable work day. I usually get in between 8 or 9, usually finish 6-7. I can leave early or come in late, depending on what it is. And, overall, I don't think I work...(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
