Joe Saddi is Chairman of the Board for Booz and Company.
Based in the Middle East, Joe Saddi is a Senior Partner with more than 20 years of consulting experience in strategic, organizational, and restructuring services. He leads Booz & Company's activities in the Middle East and was recently elected Chairman of its global Board of Directors. Over the years, he has led major privatization programs in such sectors as oil and gas, mining, steel, automotive, and consumer goods; advised Middle East governments on sector deregulation and sector policy; and led the reorganization of national oil companies and large corporations. He also works closely with large family-owned companies to help design governance and portfolio strategies.
Before joining the firm, Saddi worked in Europe and the U.S. at the consulting firm Bain & Company.
Joe Saddi has an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor's diploma from ESSEC in Paris. He is a dual Lebanese-French citizen, and is trilingual.
