I think there's two things. First of all, in starting a business , it's always best to work somewhere else. For one reason, make your mistakes for somebody else first. I did go right from Cornell to my M.B.A. and I think if I could do it all over, I would definitely have gone back to work as well...(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
