Yes, I've had a lot of challenges being female, being black, being young, 'cause I was in my 20s when I became ... first became a vice president within a company and so there has been a lot of challenges with that and I would say that the way I've been able to overcome them is by going through them....(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
