<p>Paul Joseph is currently in a leadership position at Netegrity, a technology company which is a leading provider of security software solutions that securely manage identities and their access to enterprise information assets. Netegrity was acquired by Computer Associates in October of 2004. </p> <p>Prior to his role at Netegrity, Paul was a Vice President at Simon Management Group, a management consulting firm that specializes in assisting senior executives and operating managers of technology-based companies.</p> <p>As an undergraduate student, Paul consulted to two, Ithaca-based companies, wrote three business plans, and was the co-founder and manager of a profitable business providing server training and risk management certification services to the hospitality industry. Paul continued to run the company as a sole proprietorship for 4 years, prior to attending graduate school. </p> <p>Paul holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.</p>
<p>Seth Goldman is President and CEO (TeaEO) of Honest Tea, the company he founded together with Professor Barry Nalebuff of the Yale School of Management. An entrepreneur at heart, Seth started with lemonade stands and newspaper routes, created an urban service corps and almost pursued a prize-winning biotechnology idea before he started Honest Tea in his kitchen in 1998. </p> <p>Before launching Honest Tea, Seth was Vice President of Calvert Social Investment Fund, managing the marketing and sales efforts for the nation's largest family of socially responsible mutual funds. His previous work includes managing a corporate child labor initiative for the Calvert Foundation, directing an AmeriCorps demonstration project in Baltimore and serving as Senator Lloyd Bentsen's Deputy Press Secretary for two and a half years. Before that he worked for a year in China (1987-1988) and a year and a half in the former Soviet Union (1989-1990). </p> <p>Seth Goldman received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and a Master's degree from the Yale School of Management.</p>
Katie Brown is an American home and gardening television show host, author, actress, and trained art historian. Brown opened her first store called "Goat", which was located in Los Angeles and Mackinac Island, Michigan. It was a popular antique store and cafe. Katie has been serving up dime-store domesticity on Lifetime Television's Next Door with Katie Brown since October 1997. She has opened her own workshops in Los Angeles, New York, and Bridgehampton. Previously, Brown had a catering business in Los Angeles and raced on the U.S. Ski Team. Katie Brown received her undergraduate degree in Art History from Cornell University.
Malia Mills is head of her own company, Malia Mills. While the company focuses on swimwear design, it bills itself as a beauty company and the company\'s mission is \"to produce collections of items which inspire women to look in the mirror and see what is right instead of what is wrong.\" In 1993, Mills won the Vidal Sassoon Excellence in New Design award for her innovative designs. Prior to starting her own business, Malia Mills worked as an assistant designer for Jessica McClintock, Inc. Malia Mills is a graduate of Cornell University.
Matt Russo is the Managing Partner of Northwestern Mutual\'s midtown Manhattan office. In 1995, Russo joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network as a financial representative, concentrating his market within the medical field and the hospitality industry. As a financial representative, he had achieved Forum honors since 2000, and had been the recipient of numerous individual sales awards. In 1999, Russo was appointed Managing Director of The North Shore Group in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Rob Erlichman is the Founder and President of Sunlight Electric. In addition to his role at Sunlight Electric, Erlichman is involved in industry-wide efforts to help accelerate the adoption of solar power. He recently co-authored a white paper featured in the Red Herring entitled, "What the Solar Power Industry Can Learn from Google" and Erlichman also advises The Clean Energy States Alliance on ways their member state solar subsidy program managers can implement standards and practices that level the playing field for manufacturers and solar integrators and ensure transparency for consumers.

Matthew McCooe is Director of Columbia's Science and Technology Ventures Group. He manages Columbia's portfolio of more than 50 spinout companies and is currently structuring deals with another 15 start-ups.
Prior to joining STV, Matt successfully led several large, rapid growth operations, 3 of which he started from the business plan stage. Today, these businesses generate annual revenues ranging from $30MM-$750MM. Most recently Matt was the General Manager, as well as VP Sales and Marketing for a NYC-based communications and software application organization he co-founded. As GM, he led a team of 70 people, increasing revenues from 0-$30 MM per annum in less than two years. Earlier he managed product development, sales and marketing, and the global launch of numerous technology products for two Fortune 500 companies, Becton Dickinson and MCI. He currently serves as Board Observer for four Columbia portfolio companies.
