John Santini is an entrepreneur and scientist with over a decade of industrial and academic experience in drug delivery. He has given numerous invited lectures on the use of microtechnology in healthcare and has authored over 60 issued/pending patents and several technical papers. In 2002, Dr. Santini was honored by Technology Review Magazine as one of the Top 100 Young Innovators in the world. He is also a member of the Governing Council of the MEMS Industry Group, a national trade organization dedicated to the advancement and commercialization of MEMS technology in the United States.
Prior to founding MicroCHIPS, he obtained his PhD in chemical engineering from MIT as a National Science Foundation Fellow. Dr. Santini also graduated with a BSE in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan.
Stevens Sainte-Rose was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti and later immigrated to the United States into the New York City area. He has spent his career working in human resources in the field of diversity and is presently employed by Aramark.

Abigail Charpentier is the Vice President of Human Resources of Aramark Harrison Lodging. Charpentier began her ARAMARK career in property human resources, moving up to director of human resources at the largest center in ARAMARK Harrison Lodging. She then assumed the corporate responsibilities as director of human resources for conference center management before becoming a director of operations responsible for ten properties. In 2002, Abigail returned to human resources as the Vice President. She is now responsible for human resources, staffing and employee development.

After spending a few yeears in a training program at Citibank, she opted to find a more intrapreneurial role within Revlon. When that opportunity didn't result in the level of creativity and flexibility she desired, she opted to venture out on her own as a consultant within the independent film industry. While working in the independent film arena fulfilled her passions, it failed to pay the bills. She returned to the corporate world, taking a position at Coty. She has since left that position and returned to the film world where she recently served as Production Office Assistant on the film "Heights" by Ismail Merchant and James Ivory.
