<p>Ted Teng was appointed president and chief executive officer of The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd., in September 2008. In his position, Mr. Teng oversees and directs all aspects of business strategy, operations, and performance growth for the premier luxury hospitality organization. The company, which represents over 450 predominantly independent hotels, provides global sales, marketing and distribution services through an expansive network of worldwide sales and reservations offices. Based at the company's headquarters in New York, Mr. Teng also holds a seat on the board of directors.</p> <p>Since joining The Leading Hotels of the World, Mr. Teng has developed and begun executing a detailed five-year business plan which focuses on strengthening the brand and driving increased revenue to member hotels. Within the plan, he has also asserted the crucial importance of dedication and adherence to quality, in the firm belief that by elevating the overall level among the collection, all hotels will benefit. Taking as his motto "Preserve, Enhance, and Invent," he seeks to honor and uphold the more than eight-decade-old traditions of the organization, while innovating to achieve greater strength and success in the future.</p> <p>Immediately before joining the organization, Mr. Teng was the principal and chief executive officer of Prime Opus Partners, LP, a hotel investment and operations firm he founded in 2006. In 2005/2006, he served as executive-in-residence and was actively involved through various volunteer leadership roles at the School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University.</p> <p>Throughout his 30-year career in the hospitality industry, Mr. Teng has been responsible for the growth of some of the most prominent brands in the world. For five years he was president, chief operating officer of Wyndham International, Inc., where he oversaw the core branded hotel products, as well as the company's third-party management operations, comprised of over 200 properties generating USD 2.5 billion in annual revenue.</p> <p>He also served as president, Asia-Pacific, for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., immediately following the merger of Starwood Lodging, Westin, and Sheraton. He oversaw the integration of that company's branded hotel operations in the region, and was responsible for the operating and financial performance of over 70 hotels and resorts in 17 countries. New projects executed during Mr. Teng's tenure included the St. Regis in Shanghai, the first international W in Sydney, the highest quality Four Points Hotel in Sydney, the Sheraton in Sapporo, and the Westin Kyoto.</p> <p>Prior to the Starwood merger, Mr. Teng was the president of Asia-Pacific for Westin Hotels, where he was credited with having achieved significant growth in the number of hotels, including the launch of notable new flagships in Sydney, Melbourne, Guam, Kuala Lumpur, Awaji Island, Taipei, and Shanghai. Before coming to Westin, he was with ITT Sheraton, where he served for 14 years in a variety of senior and strategic capacities in operations, finance and development in North America, Hawaii and Asia. Most notably, Mr. Teng successfully negotiated the first ITT Sheraton equity investment in China in a multi-use project that included today's St. Regis Beijing.</p> <p>Ted Teng is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. He has an MBA from the University of Hawaii. Born in Shanghai, China, he grew up in Hong Kong and emigrated to the U.S. at age 13. He became an U.S. citizen at age 18. </p>
<p>Paul Joseph is currently in a leadership position at Netegrity, a technology company which is a leading provider of security software solutions that securely manage identities and their access to enterprise information assets. Netegrity was acquired by Computer Associates in October of 2004. </p> <p>Prior to his role at Netegrity, Paul was a Vice President at Simon Management Group, a management consulting firm that specializes in assisting senior executives and operating managers of technology-based companies.</p> <p>As an undergraduate student, Paul consulted to two, Ithaca-based companies, wrote three business plans, and was the co-founder and manager of a profitable business providing server training and risk management certification services to the hospitality industry. Paul continued to run the company as a sole proprietorship for 4 years, prior to attending graduate school. </p> <p>Paul holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.</p>
<p>Seth Goldman is President and CEO (TeaEO) of Honest Tea, the company he founded together with Professor Barry Nalebuff of the Yale School of Management. An entrepreneur at heart, Seth started with lemonade stands and newspaper routes, created an urban service corps and almost pursued a prize-winning biotechnology idea before he started Honest Tea in his kitchen in 1998. </p> <p>Before launching Honest Tea, Seth was Vice President of Calvert Social Investment Fund, managing the marketing and sales efforts for the nation's largest family of socially responsible mutual funds. His previous work includes managing a corporate child labor initiative for the Calvert Foundation, directing an AmeriCorps demonstration project in Baltimore and serving as Senator Lloyd Bentsen's Deputy Press Secretary for two and a half years. Before that he worked for a year in China (1987-1988) and a year and a half in the former Soviet Union (1989-1990). </p> <p>Seth Goldman received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and a Master's degree from the Yale School of Management.</p>
<p>Jeffrey Immelt is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of General Electric. He was selected by GE's Board of Directors in 2000 to replace Jack Welch following his retirement. Previously, Immelt had headed up GE's Medical Systems division (now known as GE Healthcare) as its President and CEO. Immelt has been with GE since 1982.</p> <p>Jeff Immelt holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. </p>
<p>Charles G. "Chip" McClure is chairman of the Board, chief executive officer and president of ArvinMeritor, Inc. McClure, who has more than 25 years of diverse leadership experience in the motor vehicle industry, most recently served as chief executive officer, president and a member of the Board of Federal-Mogul Corporation, a global supplier of automotive components.</p> <p>Prior to joining Federal-Mogul, McClure served as president, chief executive officer and a member of the Board of Detroit Diesel, a major designer and manufacturer of diesel engines and related products. He joined Detroit Diesel in 1997, after 14 years in a variety of management positions with Johnson Controls, a Milwaukee-based global automotive supplier. In his last role with Johnson Controls, McClure served as president of the company's Americas region, with management responsibility for a $3 billion group of 50 manufacturing plants. </p> <p>McClure also holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.</p>

Hollard worked at DirectAdvice, a subsidiary of Mellon Financial. Before that role, Holland was a project manager at Infonautics. Infonautics was an operator of specialized information Web sites and tools that was acquired in 2001 by Tucows. Tucows is a Toronto-based provider of wholesale digital products to Internet service providers and Web-hosting companies. In addition, Holland attempted several dot com startups while an undergraduate student. </p> <p>Michael Holland received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his MBA From Duke University.</p>
<p>Brian Magierski is an experienced entrepreneur and start-up executive in the area of software and web services targeted at enterprises. Currently Brian is the Co-Founder, President & CEO of Kalivo, Inc., a leading provider of web software that enables companies to engage directly with their customers across the Web.</p> <p>Magierski has co-founded two companies and served as an interim CEO and angel investor in another. He was the co-founder and CEO of Phiware, a venture-backed enterprise demand planning software company, and iMark.com, a business-to-business web marketplace for trading surplus goods that was sold to FreeMarkets in March 2000 for $340 million. Magierski also served as interim CEO and investor in ioLogics, an enterprise email security software provider, and provided consulting services to the chairman and board of directors at ROME Corporation. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Magierski was a business unit director at Trilogy Software in Austin, TX.</p> <p>Brian Magierski holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.</p>

In his current role as Vice Chairman, Weidlein has Board level responsibility for overseeing TNG's four majority owned operating affiliates, as well as the Company's Real Estate and Investment activities. Included within the operating affiliates are TNT Vacations (tntvacations.com), Trans National Communications International (tncii.com), Trans National Marketing (tnmarketing.com), and LiveBridge (livebridge.com).</p> <p>Prior to his current position, Weidlein has served TNG in the roles of Group CFO; President, International; and Executive Vice-President, Trans National Financial Services (US). During his 17 years with TNG, Weidlein has been directly involved in the founding of ten companies in the affinity marketing industry, including four international ventures. Before joining Trans National, Weidlein worked at Bain & Company in Boston for five years, where he specialized in Consumer Financial Services and Information Industry clients. While at Bain, Weidlein led the consulting team for MBNA which identified the affinity credit card marketing opportunity and developed the five year business plan for MBNA's, and TNG's, rise to leadership in that market segment. Prior to receiving his MBA, Weidlein spent four years with Rohm and Haas Company in Philadelphia in Development Engineering and M&A.</p> <p>Bill Weidlein holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA, with distinction, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.</p>
<p>Chris Wilkerson is the President of EquipSystems. EquipSystems focuses on equipment management programs for what is referred to as the non-electrics rolling stock in hospitals. </p> <p>Prior to purchasing EquipSystems, Wilkerson was the Founder, President and CEO of High Bar Capital. High Bar Capital specializes in the acquisition and management of high quality businesses operating in niche healthcare markets. Creation of High Bar Capital led to his purchase of EquipSystems.</p> <p>Before founding High Bar Capital, Chris worked in the business development group of Ventro, a B2B marketplace builder and operator and was part of the founding team at OnCare, a nationwide oncology physician practice management company. </p> <p>Chris Wilkerson holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. </p>
