Biography

Mark Kuperman is co-founder of Johnny Applestix.

Kuperman graduated from Northwestern University in three years with a degree in economics and statistics before going to the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and apprenticing in restaurants in France and Italy.

Kuperman also holds a Master's degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.

I think the most important thing is you have - it's sort of like doing a presentation. You have to know what you are talking about. Okay you basically have to be prepared to answer any question that could come at you. So I think what goes in the preparation is the most import part.
