Biography

Patricia Warner is the founder of Global-eze Inc. Prior to founding Global-eze, Warner held progressive management positions with Corning. Patricia Warner holds an undergraduate degree from University of Connecticut and a MBA from Cornell University.

I think still today men and women face different choices in their career...work life balance is still different. Most of the female executives, I know, that have children have stay at home husbands or husbands who do sort of contract work so they have the flexibility of being there with the kids. ...(Full transcript available to logged in subscribers.).
