We formalize. One of my main things is there are no friends in business. Trust very few people. Keep it on a business level. You never know down the line what this person is going to do. So until you really know them, it's always best to put things on a business footing. Working with family is a nightmare, but working with friends is even worse. So everything on a business footing. We get on well together. We work in the same way. We think the same way. We have the ambition and passion for the same thing.
