Biography

Chuck Winship is the founder and CEO of Sugarbush Hollow LLC, a farm which produces maple syrup and value added maple products.

Prior to founding Sugarbush Hollow, Churck worked at Xerox as a Manager of engineering operations for 35 years.

Chuck Winship holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo and a Master's degree in Agriculture from Cornell University.

The major trends I expect to happen is without an influence of marketing influence, the trends will be about flat, consumption, unit consumption per person will be flat at least in New York State if not the whole Northeast.
